That message is from the r128 2D driver and has nothing to do with Mesa.

I think he was refering to the original floating point exception that he was
seeing.  Using the DRI trunk on Rage128, he would get a floating point
exception, but using pre-mesa41 merge he would only get this warning
message.
But in this case, FP == Flat Panel, not Floating Point, Fine Pony, or Fairy Princess...
