Hello, just discovered that the fallback in radeon_Materialfv() in radeon_vtxfmt.c seems to do not work. I disabled the fallback by just printing the function glMaterialfv() to stderr (so I know I'm now running the modified radeon_dri.so) and the result is the same as before, not better, not worse.
It occurs on trunk and texmem-branch.
Running petroleo.zip from "Bit Of a Hype" http://boah.biz/ and RADEON_DEBUG_FALLBACKS enabled showed me fallbacks occuring. The Demo looks good when running without TCL or without VTXFMT, but bad when running with TCL/VTXFMT. Unfortunately I dont have sourcecode which triggers that fallback, the demo which showed it is binary-only.
maybe theres someone who knows what could help...
