I've been somewhat preoccupied lately. I plan to have another look at it this
week. I still need to implement round (anti-aliased) points and stippling. I'll
definately put NV_point_sprites on the list too. Since it's essentially a
matter of adding texture coordinate generation (and is probably more widely
used than large points these days).
