Okay. I just committed fixes that /should/ take care of everything. In addition to the changes in the patch, there were a couple of dumb mistakes in glapi.c. I have verified that Quake 3 SMP works as well on MGA as it did before any of the TLS work. I also verified glthreads with 10 threads.
