Thats probably only for vertex data.
INDX_BUFFER is basicly just a gpu memory fetcher that can be used with just 
about any packet if you know the address.
Given that I suspect R300_EB_UNK1 or R300_EB_UNK2 is different on ppc.

Has anyone tested color tiling on ppc yet?
It would be nice to get it enabled by default...
