I was stating it as a generic term for the process, my bad, but the 
process can prevent any putback.

Yes, I think most are in agreement, but I see the difficulty in having a 
lot of various processes that have a stake today. It's taking time to sort 
out, some folks are getting grey hairs of it...:-/
