There is no problem. 0:1f:c6:8:f5:7f is in the cprrect physical address

Autonegotiations failed. The link was down. I reviewed the atge source
code and found a bug in the initialization procedure for L2 phy. But I'm
not sure that it is the root cause because atge worked for L2
chipset in eeepc. Anyway I'll prepare the bug fix later.
To avoid autonegatiation, would you force the link to 10M half duplex mode?
To achieve that, make /kernel/drv/atge.conf which has following
a line:

 full-duplex=0 speed=10;

Then, reboot the system.
