This is a fairly small set of changes, but it eliminates some 400 lines
from rtls, while giving it better support for Brussels (you can use
dladm to change link settings, for example!), and eliminating a lot of
silly complexity involving soft interrupts that frankly is not needed.
I'd appreciate review feedback by Wed Jan 6, if at all possible.
