Get rid of the typedef and use struct diag_efi_time instead. Fix CamelCase
member names and update references to changed names.

Year => year
Month => month
Day => day
Hour => hour
Minute => minute
Second => second
Pad1 => pad1
Nanosecond => nanosecond
TimeZone => timezone
Daylight => daylight
Pad2 => pad2
