Thank you, I have added more comments/table names to the examples.
No select from tuple, but I guess one should be able to imagine that.
Thinking of it in terms of C++ SET looks like std::set<string> and TUPLE
like std::map<string,string> or std::multimap<string,string>. Was
reading some about tuple and can't totally disagree about it being a bad
name, but MAP might work too.
