Hi,

I am working with drizzle on OS X 10.6.

I have given up on MacPorts. I think what I found was that some times I
needed newer versions of things than were provided by MacPorts and when I
installed the version I needed I started to get all sorts of Œstrange¹
things happening. The worse was when I had a mixture of build tools.
