I suppose you can consider me the mediawiki admin, from the technical
perspective. I don't work for Rackspace, but the site *is* hosted on a
cloud server there along with the rest of drizzle.org various things
that are not moving to Google Sites/etc.

Yes, we can slice up as many vhosts as we want, individual users or
not, anything you want to get going. :)
