I think thats a bit short sighted. I don't think that Drizzle should fully cover the entire 5-year cycle of Ubuntu LTS, or the much longer (and harder to predict) CentOS/RHEL cycles. However, it would be prudent to at least keep some overlap. CentOS 6/RHEL 6 have been around now for quite some time, so dropping 5 seems prudent. But 12.04 doesn't even exist yet. As a side note, I'd love to get 7.1 into 12.04. Universe is open to uploads pretty much until release day.
