Hello Mr. Eriksson, Waqas and I have studied the query parsing code in MySQL. We got two ideas in mind from what you have just said. First, that the entire query parsing will be shifted from the server side to the client in JDBC. The only thing that the server will do is write and read to and from the engine. OR that the parsing in the JDBC driver will just decide the complexity of the query and whether to send it to the SQL layer or to the Memcache plugin. What do you have in mind?
