Hi, I am Omkar Gawde , a 3rd year student from VJTI, Mumbai, India.
As per our previous talk, I would really like to work on the project 'Extend JS plugin to become a real stored procedure implementation'. I am a bit confused at this moment whether i should read more about how to go ahead with this particular project and read more about it OR concentrate on trying to give a solution to a particular bug from the launchpad bug list so that i can prove that i can contribute to drizzle efficiently. Since the deadline for sending the applications is very close can you please tell me how should i go about it? I really want to contribute to this project but I am not confident as to what i should do at this moment. As it says in the wiki of drizzle it is important if the candidate has contributed to drizzle or no. But also i do not want to show that i do not have much idea about the JS plugin project. I want to be thorough with what the project is so that i can contribute to it. Please guide me as to what is right at this moment Regards, Omkar Gawde.
