Hi Tim,thanks for the recommendation. However, i tried to change the
settings.xml - proxy configuration. but this problem not solved. The package
still can't be downloaded even i use mvn -U package. Terminal ask me to install
manually the package,i had download the package on my desktop. But i don't know
which directory that i need to install the package. Is either inside the maven
directory or in dspace directory?

I would use DSpace to build a digital library.However,after i finish install
all the prerequisite,and install DSpace.
I facing problem in installing DSpace.
When i had done step and reach command
$ mvn package
It will download a lot of packages. After a few minutes,it will stop here

I had tried for many time and even formating my desktop to reinstall all the
prerequisite, but i still having problem in this step. Is it the website having
problem to let my terminal to download those packages or any other problem?
