Emails to that list will reach more people, and have a greater likelihood of
finding an answer.
I'm not sure what could be going wrong here -- the file that is unable to be
downloaded is available at:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/doxia/doxia-module-xdoc/1.0-alpha-11/doxia-module-xdoc-1.0-alpha-11.jar
(which is the second URL listed above)
When you email the dspace-tech list, please include your environment
information (which you added above). Hopefully someone on that list will have
encountered this issue and be able to help you quickly.
