DisplayStatisticsServlet throws a generic exception if the dso returned by
HandleManager.resolveToObject is null.
It should throw a 404.
(and a reminder that it'd be cleaner and better to have URLs like
/jspui/handle/12345/123/statistics than /jspui/displaystats?12345/123... mea
culpa -- I'll open a different issue for that so possible impact to bookmarked
stats pages etc can be discussed)
