All,

I noticed in the Trunk code, that by default the new Google Scholar 
Seach Engine Optimization settings are *not* enabled by default.  I 
wonder if we should be enabling them in 1.7 by default?

Basically, this seems like a feature that would benefit all sites to 
have enabled.  I realize that in the past, DSpace has often first 
released new features as "disabled" by default.  But, this seems like a 
small enough feature that can provide a large benefit to all existing 
sites, so I'd personally like to see it enabled by default.

Thoughts or concerns?
