The spring service manager has been expanded to also load in spring xml files
from the "{dspace.dir}/config/spring" directory. Spring configurations found
here will automatically overwrite any configurations found in the jar files.
Some improvements may be necessary though, at the moment it loads in all xml
files found in this directory, and if one is not valid or the spring contents
isn't valid the spring service manager will crash because of it.
