-------------------------------------------------------------
i'll implement this behavior in https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-1202.
I think an handle based identifier would be a good solution, but DSpace could
work without it. So, i'll make this configurable in the following way:
- I'll add a new parameter to the DSpace specific XOAI implementation that, by
default, would be defined as:
xoai.identifier.prefix = ${dspace.hostname}
# Using the handle prefix:
# xoai.identifier.prefix = ${handle.prefix}

> OAI-PMH non-persistent oai identifiers

> The oai identifiers are supposed to be persistent. In DSpace they are
> constructed with the dspace.hostname, which might change easily.
> There should be a seperate configuration parameter to be used for it and the
> implications of changing it should be well documented, big warning sign.
