I think that the problem is that you didn't put the actual version you
downloaded into the command line of mvn install:install-file. If you do that,
the file will have the correct name with version in your local maven repository.
Also, in the manual there is a different version listed as example for mvn
install:install-file and pom.xml, I'm going to correct that now.
