Ivan Masár commented on DS-1695 Restlet REST API for DSpace 3.x instances I just realized - you released SimpleREST under LGPL 2.1 - that is fine when it's distributed as an addon, but for inclusion into DSpace we require it to be Apache 2.0-licensed. If you need to make any part of it LGPL, we can still accept the rest as long as the GPL part is available as a standalone jar available from Maven Central. Sorry for the complication.
