Sure, why not. That just means keep that part as it is. One additional suggestion I'd make in that case is to float the logo to the right and let the text flow around it from the left to save vertical space (height of the logo), i.e. to show the actual content (browse index) as high possible and avoid as much boilerplate (header, logo & desc) as possible.

This is still the same issue as DS-1188. Thanks to the great work of Keiji and Andrea, this has been fixed in JSPUI. Thanks to the great work of Kevin, this has been added into XMLUI, but it's still not on by default because in it's current implementation it hides collection logo and description, which some users consider important.
