Hi Mohit,
It looks like you have two sets of tomcat installed.
Perhaps one comes by as a default component in your linux package.
Another one is installed by yourself.
First of all you have to make sure which tomcat you are going to use for
running dspace.
Check your tomcat config is done really for your wanted set of tomcat.
Also check which one (or both?) of them are active.
If one set of the tomcats is redundant, consider uninstalling it to
reduce confusion.
