I'm trying to get some idea how long in months it might take a single competent programmer to install DSpace, to make a "moderate" set of customizations to it, to make branding changes to the UI, to customize the metadata for the kind of material being ingested, and to make the repository ready for regular use. Let's assume the programmer has not worked with DSpace before. I know this is nebulous, but are we likely to be talking about 2 weeks, 2 months, 6 months?
