Has anyone tried to generate custom statistics for individual
author/creators?

One of my curators has asked for views/downloads of all his electronic
reprints but I can't see a way to either query the server from the back-end,
or generate this from our UI (jsp).

Statistics are available for individual items on the corresponding page and
top-downloaded papers are available on the general statistics page.

But a custom output that filters by author, doesn't appear to be do-able.

Am I missing something?

Has anyone else "entertained" or received this kind of request from one of
their depositors?

Thanks in advance and please excuse the cross-posting.
