Are there any plans to allow the removal or replacement of files during the
review process in future releases of Dspace? Currently, if a file needs
editing, the submission must either be rejected (and the submitter must replace
the file) or the file has to be removed and/or replaced after it's been
approved. We'd like to be able to work with the files during the
review/approval process.
