Hi Shameer,

the instructions on setting up IP authentication are here:

Then you need to edit any items with bitstreams you want to restrict, go to
bitstream authorizations, remove Anonymous READ access and add READ access
for the GROUPNAME you set in ip authentication configuration.

If you want to do this for all existing bitstreams, you can use the
Wildcard policy admin tool.

If you want to ensure that the rights are set appropriately for all newly
submitted items, edit the authorizations of their parent collections.
