Dear all,
Regrettably, I'm a bit confused what VIVO adds to DuraSpace. It is my
understanding that DuraSpace presently only harvests metadata but VIVO
allows for searching of Metadata through LOD and LD (1), (2), (?). I am
aware of another project called Fedora supported by DuraSpace, which
includes a repository that is more flexible than DSpace (3). In the talk by
Jonathan Markow (4), Fedora synergy with VIVO was given as an example.
