I was reading at [1] the following:

DSpace only has the license to redistribute the following controlled

Is there a way to add the Brazilian one from the *National Counsel of
Technological and Scientific Development *(CNPQ)

It would be awesome if DSpace shipped the brazilian model by default,
considering that every DSpace installation of Brazil uses it.

Do i need some specific license to do so?

I can make a PR as soon as i receive confirmation from DSpace that this can
be added.
