Hi Christian,

as far as I know, this is not possible. However, you can still reject the 
submission and if you do that, it will go back directly into the 
submitter's account, where they can edit it with the normal submission 
form. I know, that this is probably not the same, but maybe you can build a 
kind of workaround with it...
