In the database info, "Out of Order" is not an error or a bad thing. It just means that the migration ran successfully, but not in the original, numerical order. So, "Out of Order" means the migration was successful, and it is not the sign of a failure or bug.
This "Out of Order" syntax comes from FlywayDB (https://flywaydb.org/) which is the third-party library we use to run these migrations. So, in summary, anything listed as "Out of Order" can be safely ignored. But, you should make sure to run all those "Pending" migrations in your list, as those have not yet been successfully run yet.
