I think I spoke too soon, I have not been able to modify the configurations to do as you instructed above. I tried changing the context by following http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7276989/howto-set-the-context-path-of-a-web-application-in-tomcat-7-0 These instructions from StackOverflow but I am stuck with the same issue of not being able to run a search with the SUNScholar theme. I am using Tomcat 7 on Windows currently, so I cannot really run the commands that Hilton gave that are for Ubuntu environment, but eventually I shall run them on the Ubuntu server on Rackspace.
