Hi Hilton, unfortunately, I don't see anything there that would prevent the problem. My configuration is very similar: max_connections = 100 kernel.shmmax = 536870912 kernel.shmall = 536870912 The immediate problem manifests by most DB connections being in "<IDLE> in transaction" state when you view postgres process list.
