No, I don't think so. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can't change that without rebuilding the dspace-solr dependency. I haven't tried that though, feel free to try. As an easier alternative, try putting org.apache.commons.digester.Digester.level = FINEST org.apache.solr.level = WARNING into /etc/tomcat6/logging.properties I haven't tried that, either.
