I have packaged up a couple of projects on GitHub containing the code that
Georgetown University has used to assist with DSpace content
administration. I have created some documentation on GitHub to go provide
an introduction this code.

Because this code runs outside of our DSpace instance, we have been able to
rapidly enhance these tools while maintaining a stable repository instance.
