Hi Layale, make sure you got the right structure for the import directory see https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/Importing+and+Exporting+Items+via+Simple+Archive+Format#ImportingandExportingItemsviaSimpleArchiveFormat-DSpaceSimpleArchiveFormat
