Are there other client options? I don't remember one. Everything else is the
job of the daemon. Maybe there will be more in future.

The idea is to implement dovecot-antispam with libdspam. I've already tried to
do this with 3.8 but failed, cause of the above problems and that the libdspam
interface was incomplete iirc.
My coding queue is pretty full atm. I try to find a slot to look at libdspam
again.
