I'm using 
  reject_rhsbl_sender   dsn.rfc-ignorant.org,
  reject_rhsbl_sender   bogusmx.rfc-ignorant.org,
in my postfix, not necessarily to reject spam (but I only had two legit
senders with badly configured email servers and lots of spam rejected
this way).
