I've used the following successfully for a few years now:

rabl.nuclearelephant.com
list.dsbl.org
dnsbl.ahbl.org
cbl.abuseat.org
sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org
bl.spamcop.net

I don't have any proper statistics for you.

However, sad to say, the rabl.nuclearelephant.com seems to be
retired since some weeks back, and subsequently the spam ending
up at my dspam went up with about 25-30%.
