There appears to be an issue with dspam-3.9.0 not recognizing the Algorithm values in dspam.com on Mac OS X.
As suggested by Stevan Bajić I compiled a pre-release dspam-3.9.1 and Algorithm's are honored in dspam.com on Mac OS X.
