Hi There, We have dspam setup on our client inbound mail server (dspam-3.6.8 - running debian and postfix) and it is running sweet as except for one single user. He has been retraining the spam, but here are the stats:
Since last reset 423 missed 117 missed 0 caught 301 delivered 0% caught 27.990% missed Total processed by filter 423 missed 117 missed 0 caught 302 delivered
From corpus 0 fed 55 fed
He has been retraining for a while. A little strange. What do i do here? Is there some way of "resetting" for this user? The preferences for this user are set to "on every message", bounce spams and quarantine the message. Thanks Simon
