Hi All
Dspam is setup as single user only so there is no opting in or out. The
server filters incoming mail only.  Dspam_incoming is below.  The
configs work as expected on the other box so its been pretty frustrating
as to why they don't work on this one.

Can you paste the contents of the file 'dspam_incoming'.

Also, do the logs show anything?
