Could you try:
dspam --user globalgroup --client --class=spam --source=corpus 
--deliver=summary --stdout < filename.msg

Or could you try:
dspam --user globalgroup --client --class=spam --source=inoculation 
--deliver=summary --stdout < filename.msg

The source error is only valid if you have in filename.msg a valid DSPAM id for 
user/group globalgroup.

Do you know that DSPAM has a small utility for mass training? It is called 
dspam_train and does most of the stuff needed for training automatically.
