Thanks for offering Ian, but i've also identified the problem. In debian/dspam.install, there's the need to change the line

debian/tmp/usr/lib/libhash_drv.so* usr/lib/dspam

to

debian/tmp/usr/lib/dspam/libhash_drv.so* usr/lib/dspam


I just haven't found the time to make the rebuild (for amd64 also) and update the repository.
