You can always install services on the gateway computer or an additional computer on the site for your users to get to.
You can use it to get to the Telnet Winlink servers to send and receive email. You can get to your organizations web page to look at documents and such. Georgia ARES has a Web Database program that has user information on it that can be accessed. That's all very much Amateur Radio related sites. Add on top of those, the ability to download weather maps and radar screens, then there's a lot of utilization available from the ID-1.
