You are, of course, free to take your ball and go home if you want to,  
but your original email did not make it clear why whatever the  
activity is should be considered "abuse", as opposed to merely being  
something that you dislike.

And it is not clear that the information is copyrightable.  Just  
putting a copyright claim on a page doesn't mean that a copyright  
applies - lists or tables created from public information are not by  
themselves subject to copyright in the US.
