root made up the machine. He installed the system, configured it to his
wishes. root can be everywhere and do everything. 

There is only one space where the user root is limited. And that is the
kernel space. But to alter the kernel space you have to reinkarnate the
world. Some parts of the kernel space can be altered without
reinkarnation, but you have to get the identity of the creator,
nevertheless.
