Hey Friends - I'm running the Portland Marathon this Sunday with the goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. That means I need to crank out a 3:15 marathon, and I'll need all the help I can to make my goal. So if you find yourself around downtown, or close to Willamette Boulevard Sunday morning (some of you - and you know who you are - may just be heading home from Saturday night at that point).
